About me

I help organizations solve the root causes of their problems, not just the surface-level symptoms. With a background in both technical systems and organizational behavior, I specialize in redesigning how companies work—from their team structures to their core processes.

My work focuses on:

  • Analyzing where and why organizations get stuck

  • Designing practical solutions that work for both people and systems

  • Implementing changes in a way that sticks

Having led change initiatives across multiple organizations, I understand that technical solutions alone aren't enough. Success comes from understanding how people work, what motivates them, and how to make complex changes feel manageable.

I'm particularly interested in situations where established companies need to adapt to new challenges. These moments, where organizations have to balance stability with innovation, are where my experience in both traditional processes and new approaches proves most valuable. I help teams experiment with new ways of working while maintaining what already works well.

PhD in Systems Engineering with experience in organizational design, systems architecture, change management, and business process reengineering.
